Our Story

It all started with a swipe (Tinder Gold, baby!), but little did we know, that simple right swipe would lead to something extraordinary. Our first in-person meetup was at a cozy little coffee shop and used bookstore—a casual coffee date that somehow turned into dinner and a conversation we never wanted to end. As if the universe was giving us a nudge, we even found a sweet love poem about finding your true love on that very date, snapped a picture of it, and still have it to this day.

It didn’t take long for us to realize we had found something special. He likes Hawkins Cheezies. I like Hawkins Cheezies. We both love the island, our kids, our families, traveling, and, of course, our doggos. Some things are just meant to be.

Marriage was never really a question for us—it was a foregone conclusion. We just knew. When the moment came, he proposed at our favorite getaway spot with a custom ring that holds stones from our mothers and grandmothers—a beautiful reminder of where we come from and the love that surrounds us.

We are just better together—love, friendship, and unwavering support. After 5 years together, our life is full of inside jokes, funny voices for our dogs, and a whole lot of love.

Now, as we step into this next chapter, we’re beyond excited to celebrate our commitment to each other and to the beautiful family we’ve built.
